While we never say
no, there are a whole bunch of things we don’t
do.
Like the random, meaningless piece of whatever
that clients just have to get out ‘yesterday’.
Because there is no such thing.
Every single thing has importance. And
significance. And a place of its own. So every
small communication deserves its own attention. |

There’s another
thing we’d like to mention: We don’t take a week
to do what can be done today.
Though if we need a smidgen of time, you won’t
catch us hurrying things along.
