There are some
things we don’t do. And won’t do.
Like think of anything entrusted to us as
‘small’ work.
The way we see it, a brand isn’t just expressed
and grown with large multi-crore exercises. Like
all relationships, with brands, the little
things count.
When people sense that the brand is consistent
and true every single time they interact with
it, they reward that brand with loyalty.
So we specialize in the little things. Because
with the little things, it’s a matter of ‘it’s
the thought that counts.’

Oh yes, one more
thing. We don’t think of what we do as ‘Below
The Line’. What an absurb notion. It’s a good
thing that it’s a thing of the past.
There is only one line: Brand excellence, brand
consistency, brand delivery. Anything under that
line is out of the game.
